Space 225: Restorative Co-working
A quiet farm studio for focused work.
Come co-work in Wakefield in a beautiful, light-filled farm space with heated floors, big views, and intentional ways of being together. We gather twice a week, Tuesdays & Thursdays, to work quietly side-by-side.
Each day includes:
Morning meditation (15 minutes) and brief sharing of what's cooking for the day ahead (8:30 - 9:00 am)
Midday brown bag lunch + check-in (optional). We may have guest speakers from time-to-time depending on the needs of the group. (12 - 1 pm)
End-of-day reflections: What went well today? What didn’t? (4:45 - 5:00 pm)

Why is the word “restorative” in the name?
My goal was to create a co-working space that I would want to be a part of.
I will be incorporating restorative practices in this co-working space by holding the values of:
1. Relationship-Centeredness: We prioritize connection over transaction. Work happens in a web of relationships. We nurture mutual respect, interdependence, and shared accountability.
2. Voluntary Participation & Consent: Participation in rituals, check-ins, and dialogue is always invitational. People are free to opt in in a way that honours their energy, boundaries, and capacity.
3. Repair & Reflection Over Perfection: We value open-hearted communication and processes that restore trust, rather than perform fault or blame.
